Manufactured by SEKISUI Diagnostics, the SEKURE® CHOLESTEROL-SL ASSAY is an enzymatic assay that uses cholesterol esterase and cholesterol oxidase as reliable determinants for the quantitative measurement of Cholesterol in serum. This one-part, liquid stable assay comes ready-to-use, saving clinical laboratories time on having to perform additional preparation steps. Furthermore, the assay displays no significant interferences from samples with elevated levels of lipemia, which reduces the need for laboratory professions having to perform numerous sample dilutions. With multiple applications available, the SEKURE® CHOLESTEROL-SL ASSAY is adaptable on a broad range of different clinical chemistry analyzers.
